RDA implements projects in collaboration with a number of organizations including SNV, DVV international, Plan International, Child Fund, Room to Read, UNDP, Handicap International, Water and Sanitation Program (WSP-World Bank), Theun Hin Boon Power Company(THPC), Nam Ngiep 1 Power Company Limited (NNP1), NORAD through RECOFTC, OXFAM, GIZ, UNICEF and Care International to conduct capacity building services in various communities and with about 80% of the total participants being from ethnic minority groups, indigenous people, women and young people. RDA also runs; an internship and volunteer programme involving students from tertiary institutions and vocational colleges. RDA coordinates the women economic empowerment, US State Department Civil Society Programme, youth exchange, YSEALI (Young South East Asia Leadership Initiative) focusing on Civic Engagement, Environment, Economic Development and Entrepreneurship.
RDA coordinates with Mansfield Center at the University of Montana on professional fellowship program focusing on women economic empowerment, civil society organizational development. RDA also hosted an environment science fellow on the Fulbright programme. Other RDA partnerships are with POOM LOOM and We Are One Foundation focusing developing community college and we are networking with Spirit Education Movement (SEM) and Findhorn Foundation for the International Holistic Centers Gatherings and Eco-Villages and Buddhist For Development Project (BDP) hence collaborating widely with variety of partners and stakeholders involving civil society, INGOs, government, private sector, academia and communities.
